The MMD Values System

Built around two areas — Personal Value and Professional Value. Health, Wellbeing, Relationships, and Business on one side. Mastery, Confidence, Communication, and Visibility on the other. Each week we unlock one from each, in order of importance. Your focus is clear. Your actions are aligned. Your progress is structured.

Week 1 — Health & Mastery

We start with your body — because it is the filter to your mind and the foundation everything else sits on. Alongside that, we establish mastery as the daily standard for your craft. Not motivation. Not feelings. A clear, repeatable approach to getting better. You begin week one with structure, direction, and immediate wins.

Week 2 — Wellbeing & Confidence

The quality of your output is directly tied to the quality of your inputs. This week we clean up what you are feeding your attention, put guardrails in place to protect your focus, and start building the kind of real confidence that compounds over time.

Week 3 — Relationships & Communication

This is the first week where the focus moves beyond yourself. The quality of your personal and professional life is shaped by the relationships you build and how clearly you communicate within them — on and off the stage. We look at the standards you accept, the conversations you avoid, and the way you present yourself every day.

Week 4 — Business & Visibility

Open, honest, and very real about the professional side of the craft. I walk you through exactly how I structure my income as a working drummer in 2026, and what it takes to sustain a long-term career. Then we move into visibility — because to get opportunities, you have to be seen. Networking, social media, and practical positioning so your work reaches the right people.
